Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains when you can cancel, what you'll be refunded, and how refunds are processed. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation by you

• 24 hours or more before pickup — full refund (100%).
• Less than 24 hours before pickup — non-refundable.
• No-show — non-refundable. A no-show means the passenger is not at the agreed pickup point within the reasonable waiting time, and we have been unable to reach you.

To cancel, contact us by email at [email protected] or by WhatsApp. The cancellation time is taken from when we receive your message.

Changes to a booking

If you need to change the date, time, route, or passenger numbers, contact us as early as possible. We will accommodate changes where availability allows. A price difference may apply if the new transfer costs more; reducing a booking does not automatically create a refund within 24 hours of pickup.

Airport pickups & flight delays

For airport transfers where you have given us your flight number, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra charge, within reasonable limits. Please keep us informed of any changes you are aware of.

Cancellation or changes by us

If we ever need to cancel a confirmed transfer, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Force majeure

Where a transfer cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (for example severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, or government action), we will work with you to arrange an alternative or, where appropriate, a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
