Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the private transfer services we provide. By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
This website and our transfer service are operated by Morocco Private Transfers ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Our service
We operate private, door-to-door transfers across Morocco. Every transfer is carried out by a professional driver who is licensed and insured to provide passenger transport in Morocco, using a vehicle that meets local commercial requirements. Prices shown are per vehicle (not per person), fixed at the time of confirmation, and include fuel, tolls, and applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by email, WhatsApp, or phone, normally within a short time of your request.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, luggage, flight numbers (for airport transfers), and any special requirements (for example, child seats).
- If your requirements change, contact us as early as possible and we will accommodate changes where availability allows; price differences may apply.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), per vehicle, payable in cash to the driver (EUR or MAD) or online by card. Card payments of 300€ or less may carry card processing fees; there are none above 300€. Card refunds are made less card processing fees.
- Card payments are made online through a secure link and processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Round trips: 10% off the return transfer. The round-trip price is the one-way price plus the discounted return leg.
- Bookings of 300€ or less need no prepayment. Bookings over 300€, including multi-day tours and packages, are confirmed with a 30% deposit (50% for 13–17-seat buses and peak dates: Eid, Christmas–New Year, Easter week). The deposit is refunded in full up to 7 days before the first service, half between 7 days and 72 hours, and kept inside 72 hours. The balance is paid to the driver or by link, as agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — anything paid online is refunded, less any card processing fees. Under 24 hours or a no-show, prepaid amounts are kept; unpaid bookings simply close.
- Airport pickups: if your flight is cancelled or diverted, we rebook free or refund on proof, at any notice. Delays are covered by flight tracking.
- Date, time and address changes are free until the driver departs, subject to availability; route or group-size changes are re-priced.
- Bookings over 300€, including multi-day tours and packages, are confirmed with a 30% deposit (50% for 13–17-seat buses and peak dates: Eid, Christmas–New Year, Easter week). The deposit is refunded in full up to 7 days before the first service, half between 7 days and 72 hours, and kept inside 72 hours. The balance is paid to the driver or by link, as agreed in writing.
- Force majeure or medical reasons: free cancellation with a short written note.
- A cancellation counts once it is sent to our main WhatsApp number (+212 763 992 329) and we confirm it in writing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider, are out of our hands and cannot be refunded.
6. Your responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. For airport pickups, we track your flight where a flight number is provided, so delays are covered, and the driver waits in arrivals with a name sign until you come out — no time limit and no waiting fee.
- Travel with valid documents and comply with the driver's reasonable instructions regarding safety, seatbelts, and luggage.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the transfer.
7. Liability
We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a transfer is limited to the price paid for that transfer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see "Force majeure" below). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, civil disruption, or government action. Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or, where appropriate, a refund.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can put it right.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This website is published in several languages; if there is any conflict, the English version of these Terms prevails.
