We confirm your driver and pickup time
We confirm the price for your group and the pickup time. Your driver's name, WhatsApp number and vehicle reach you by WhatsApp, usually the evening before. If you haven't heard by then, message us.

Day trip questions
Yes. Every day trip is a private vehicle with a professional driver for your group only — no shared minibus, no strangers, no fixed group schedule. The price is for the whole vehicle, not per person.
Your driver is a professional driver, not a licensed guide: they'll happily share tips and stop where you ask, but don't give guided tours. A local guide for the medina, monuments or a city visit can be added to any transfer or day trip for an extra fee, quoted separately — ask us and we'll arrange it. Monument entrance fees are not included.
The private air-conditioned vehicle, your driver for the whole day, fuel, tolls, parking and the driver's waiting time at each stop. Not included: meals, a licensed guide, activity tickets (quads, boat rides, balloon flights) and any paid entrance fees — natural sites and argan cooperatives are free to visit. We can add guides or activities as separately priced options.
Both. Pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip, in euros or Moroccan dirhams — dirhams at the exchange rate of the day, and we'll confirm the amount before you travel. Or pay online by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through a secure payment link we'll send you: your booking is locked in as soon as it's paid.
Yes. We collect you at your hotel, riad, villa, apartment, airport or any point you choose, and drop you at the address you give us — wherever a vehicle can reach, otherwise at the closest accessible point. Extra stops within the same city, such as picking up friends or dropping part of the group elsewhere, are easy to arrange: tell us when you book.
Yes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free, and guaranteed when you request them at booking: tell us your children's ages and the right seat is fitted before departure.
Message us and we'll move your day trip. Date, time and address changes are free until the driver departs, subject to availability; route or group-size changes are re-priced.
Day trips follow the same rules as our transfers. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — anything paid online is refunded according to our refund policy. Under 24 hours or a no-show, prepaid amounts are kept; unpaid bookings simply close. Bookings of 300€ or less: no deposit, pay on the day. Any booking over 300€: 30% deposit to confirm. 30% deposit to confirm; refundable in full up to 7 days before, half up to 72 hours.
