Every route has a fixed price per vehicle, in euros, agreed before you travel. It covers the car, the driver, fuel, tolls and luggage — never a per-person charge. For example, Marrakech Airport → Medina is 25€ and Marrakech → Essaouira is 85€ for 1–4 passengers, and every route page shows the price for your group size. For a route that isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp (+212 763 992 329) with your date, pickup, destination and number of passengers and we'll send you a custom quote.

Both. Pay the driver in cash on the day, in euros or Moroccan dirhams — dirhams at the exchange rate of the day, and we'll confirm the amount before travel. Or pay online by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through a secure payment link we'll send you: your booking is locked in as soon as it's paid.

Your driver's name, WhatsApp number and vehicle reach you by WhatsApp, usually the evening before. If you haven't heard by then, message us. The driver then contacts you directly to reconfirm the time and meeting point; the model, and the plate on request, come with that message. Until then, our WhatsApp team (+212 763 992 329) is your contact for anything about the trip.

It depends on your group size: a Škoda Kodiaq or Škoda Superb (2026), or similar, for 1–4 passengers, a Mercedes-Benz Vito / V-Class or Ford Tourneo Custom (2026), or similar, for 5–7, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 8–12 (up to 17 passengers on a custom quote). All are recent, air-conditioned and driven by a professional licensed driver. The exact model depends on availability on the day — we're happy to send photos of our vehicles on request. Luggage: a sedan takes about four suitcases plus hand luggage, a van about seven.

Often, yes, after a quick driver check. Send your pickup point, destination, number of passengers and preferred time on WhatsApp (+212 763 992 329): we check with a driver, usually within minutes, and we reply within 10 minutes. For guaranteed availability, especially in high season, book ahead.

Yes — 10% off the return transfer when you book both legs together. Marrakech → Essaouira is 85€ one way or 162€ for the round trip, so you save 8€, whether you return the same day or later. Route-page prices are one-way.

Yes. Brief comfort stops are included free: coffee, toilets, a prayer break, a viewpoint photo, an ATM or a quick supermarket run. On the Essaouira road drivers can pause at an argan cooperative, or at the goats in the trees when they're there. Nothing is compulsory: if you'd prefer a direct transfer with no shop or cooperative stops, just say so. Short stops (coffee, photos, toilets) are free; longer stops cost 20€ per hour.

At the airport, yes: We track your flight, so delays are covered, and your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign until you come out — no time limit and no waiting fee. On the road, short stops are free: coffee, toilets, a photo, an ATM. A transfer is one way, so the driver drops you off and leaves; if you want the driver with you all day, book a day trip (from 120€) or a private driver by the hour or the day.

At the airport he waits in arrivals with your name on a sign. At a hotel or riad he comes to your door, or to the nearest point a car can reach, and sends you a map pin.

Cars can't enter the pedestrian streets of the medina, so we meet you at a car-accessible point close to your riad — in Marrakech usually Jemaa el-Fna, the Shell station or Café de France, or another point depending on where you stay. In Marrakech and Essaouira alike, our team confirms the exact meeting point with you before travel, and your driver sends a map pin. Drop-offs work the same way.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — anything paid online is refunded according to our refund policy. Under 24 hours or a no-show, prepaid amounts are kept; unpaid bookings simply close. Airport pickups: if your flight is cancelled or diverted, we rebook free or refund on proof, at any notice. Delays are covered by flight tracking. A cancellation counts once it is sent to our main WhatsApp number (+212 763 992 329) and we confirm it in writing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Yes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free, and guaranteed when you request them at booking: tell us your children's ages and the right seat is fitted before departure.

Yes. We provide a receipt on request, whether you paid online or in cash to the driver, and can email it with the booking details for insurance or expense claims. If you need an invoice in a company name, ask us and we'll arrange it.

No — every transfer is private: the vehicle is reserved for your group only, and we never fill seats with other travellers. The price is per vehicle, so it's most economical when shared within your own group. Travellers on a very tight budget may prefer the CTM or Supratours buses, booked directly with those operators.

Our prices are fixed, with no extras on the day: private vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls, luggage, flight tracking and waiting are all included. Where we can save you money, it's built in: 10% off the return transfer when you book a round trip.

Each transfer keeps its fixed price, and round trips booked together get 10% off the return transfer. For several legs or a full itinerary, send us all the legs, dates and numbers of passengers on WhatsApp and we'll send you one written quote, itemised per leg.

Yes. Book one way now and message us whenever you know your return date and time — even from Morocco during your trip. The return is then charged at the normal one-way price for that route: the 10% discount on the return transfer applies only when both legs are booked together.

The price we quote is the full price: private air-conditioned vehicle, professional driver, fuel, motorway tolls, parking, luggage, airport meet and greet, flight tracking and waiting on delays, plus brief stops on the way. No night supplement, no airport or luggage fee, nothing added by the driver on the day. Only a change of itinerary — a long detour or an extra destination — would be quoted separately, in advance.

Published route prices cover pickups and drop-offs within the areas named on the route (for example Marrakech city or Marrakech Airport). An address well outside town — a villa on a country road, a desert camp, a lodge in a valley — adds distance, so we quote it separately, in advance and in writing. Send us the map pin and we'll confirm the exact price.

Per vehicle, in euros. The price shown is one fixed amount for the whole car — up to 4 passengers in a sedan, 5–7 in a van, 8–12 in a minibus — never per seat, so two or four people in the same car pay the same. You can pay the driver in cash or pay online by card.

Website prices are per vehicle, for a given group size (1–4, 5–7 or 8–12 passengers) and a given route, for example airport to city. A quote differs when your group needs a larger vehicle, your pickup is outside the route's area, or the trip includes an excursion with waiting rather than a one-way transfer. If you've seen a lower price for the same trip, send us a screenshot and we'll check.

Yes. Cash to the driver can be paid in euros or Moroccan dirhams. Our prices are set in euros and converted at the exchange rate of the day; tell us you'll pay in dirhams and we'll confirm the amount for your booking before travel, so there's no discussion on the day.

We confirm your booking on WhatsApp and you pay the driver in cash on the day. Prefer card? We'll send you a secure payment link, and your booking is locked in once it's paid. Bookings of 300€ or less: no deposit, pay on the day. Any booking over 300€: 30% deposit to confirm.

Either is fine: drivers accept cash in euros or Moroccan dirhams. The driver can give change in euros or dirhams, depending on what they're carrying, so please bring an amount close to the agreed price. If you'd rather not carry cash, ask us for the card payment link.

Yes. You can pay the driver leg by leg — the full one-way price on the outbound and the discounted balance on the return — or everything on the first day, or part by card link and the rest in cash. Tell us which you prefer and we note it on the booking so both drivers know exactly what is due.

Yes. Your booking confirmation is sent on WhatsApp with all the details — date, times, pickup and drop-off, passengers, price and how you've chosen to pay — and we can email it too if you ask. When you pay online, the payment is confirmed in the chat as soon as it's received. If anything is missing, message us and we resend it.

Card payments of 300€ or less may carry card processing fees; there are none above 300€. Card refunds are made less card processing fees. The payment link always shows the final amount before you pay. Your bank may also apply its own exchange rate to a non-euro card.

PayPal isn't available. Our secure payment link takes Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Bank transfer and Wise are accepted too — ask us and we'll send you the details. Otherwise, pay the driver in cash on the day.

Yes. Our prices are in euros, but cash in pounds sterling or US dollars is accepted, converted at the exchange rate of the day; tell us before travel and we'll confirm the amount. The online card link can be paid with any card, converted by your bank.

Message us and we'll resend it straight away; links are usually sent once your booking details are complete, and you can pay whenever suits you before the trip. If the link opens a blank page, copy it into Safari or Chrome instead of the WhatsApp in-app browser. And remember: you can always pay the driver in cash on the day instead.

Tips are never required and are not included in the price. If you'd like to thank your driver, around 100 dirhams handed over at the end of the trip is a common gesture, in dirhams or euros; there is no minimum.

Yes. Groups of 8–12 travel in a private minibus at the published minibus price for the route. For 13 passengers or more we arrange larger minibuses or coaches and send a custom quote. Tell us the number of passengers, luggage and dates on WhatsApp and we recommend the right vehicle.

There are no luggage fees. A sedan takes 4 passengers with about four standard suitcases plus hand luggage; a comfort van takes 5–7 passengers with around seven suitcases; a minibus takes more. Tell us how many bags you have when you book — with a photo if it's unusual — and we assign a vehicle with room to spare, or suggest a larger one.

Yes. If you want more luggage space or legroom, we can send a comfort van instead of a sedan at the published van price for your route. For a premium vehicle, ask us and we'll check availability and send you a separate quote before you book.

Yes — at no extra charge. Tell us what you're bringing when you book: standard cars fit one or two boards, and for several boards, long kite bags, assembled bicycles or a full group with equipment we send a van or a car with a roof rack instead. For large combinations, such as several bikes with passengers, send us a photo and we confirm the right vehicle and price.

Only if it changes the vehicle. Prices are per vehicle by group size (1–4 passengers in a sedan, 5–7 in a van, 8–12 in a minibus), so three people pay the same as four. If your group moves into a different size band, the price moves to that vehicle's published price, up or down. Numbers can differ between the outbound and the return.

Yes. Vehicles are air-conditioned and non-smoking, with bottled water and Wi-Fi on board. You're welcome to bring your own drinks, alcohol included, and the driver can stop for supplies on the way.

Yes. Changing the pickup time is free, subject to availability — earlier or later, even the day before or on the day itself. Just message us on WhatsApp with the new time and we'll update the booking and tell your driver. The price only changes if the route or group size changes.

Tell us your flight time and pickup address and we suggest a departure that gets you to the airport with a comfortable margin, allowing extra at busy times or if you'd like a stop on the way. As a guide to driving times: Essaouira → Marrakech Airport about 2h30, Casablanca → Marrakech about 3h.

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, right after baggage claim, holding a sign with your name — or another name or message if you ask. You need no phone or internet on landing: just walk out and look for the sign. Yes. We collect you at your hotel, riad, villa, apartment, airport or any point you choose, and drop you at the address you give us — wherever a vehicle can reach, otherwise at the closest accessible point. Extra stops within the same city, such as picking up friends or dropping part of the group elsewhere, are easy to arrange: tell us when you book.

Yes. It's a private booking, so the departure time is entirely yours — pre-dawn airport runs, midnight arrivals and late-evening intercity transfers are all routine, at the same price around the clock with no night supplement. Your driver arrives a few minutes early and waits for you. On long evening routes we may suggest an earlier start so you arrive before late night.

Booking a few days ahead is ideal, especially for long routes, so we can assign the right driver and vehicle early. We confirm most bookings the same day, and next-day requests are routine. For spring, October and the Christmas–New Year weeks, book as early as you can: those dates fill first.

Yes. We can confirm your booking with the date, route and number of passengers, and hold it while you finalise the rest. Send the exact address and pickup time as soon as you know them — ideally by the evening before travel, so your driver can plan and reconfirm. The price only changes if the route, pickup area or group size changes.

Yes. Parents, friends and colleagues book for other travellers all the time. Give us the passenger's name and, ideally, their WhatsApp number so the driver can reach them on the day; you can also stay the contact person yourself. You can pay by card link from anywhere in the world, or the passenger pays the driver in cash.

Yes, transfers run during Ramadan and Eid. Book early for Eid, Christmas–New Year and Easter week. On these peak dates, bookings over 300€ require a 50% deposit; bookings of 300€ or less do not require a deposit. We confirm the total and payment terms in writing.

Yes. Our private day trips have fixed prices for the whole vehicle: from Marrakech to the Agafay Desert, the Ourika Valley, Setti Fatma, Imlil, the Ouzoud Waterfalls, Essaouira and Casablanca, and from Agadir or Taghazout to Paradise Valley — from 120€ for 1–4 passengers, with every price on our day trips page. You choose the departure time; the driver stays with you all day and brings you back when you're ready. Other destinations, such as Oukaïmeden or Ouarzazate, are quoted on request.

Yes. On day trips the driver and vehicle stay at your disposal all day — waiting time at the destination is included — and bring you back when you're ready, even earlier than planned. Your luggage can stay locked in the vehicle while you visit; the driver stays with the car. A round-trip transfer is different: the driver drops you off and comes back at the time you booked. Luggage storage between two transfers can also be arranged.

It depends on the route and on traffic. As a guide: Marrakech → Essaouira about 2h30, Essaouira → Marrakech Airport about 2h30, Marrakech → Agadir about 3h, Casablanca → Marrakech about 3h, Casablanca Airport → Essaouira about 4h, and Marrakech → Fes about 6h30 of driving. Each route page shows its own journey time, and we add time for any stops you'd like.

Yes. Longer visits on the way — the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, a weekly souk, a winery, a medina — turn your transfer into a custom itinerary: the driver waits and continues afterwards. Tell us when you book how long you'd like to stop. Longer stops are charged by the hour, and the price is fixed before you travel.

Yes. Agafay is about 45 min from Marrakech and we drive to any camp there — a sunset-and-dinner evening with the driver waiting and bringing you back the same night, an overnight stay with pickup the next morning, or a round trip as part of a day out. Tell us which camp, as some are deeper in; we can also recommend camps.

Your driver is a professional driver, not a licensed guide: they'll happily share tips and stop where you ask, but don't give guided tours. A local guide for the medina, monuments or a city visit can be added to any transfer or day trip for an extra fee, quoted separately — ask us and we'll arrange it. Monument entrance fees are not included.

We're a transport company, so we don't run activities ourselves — but tell us what you've booked or would like to do (quad or buggy, camel rides, hot-air balloon flights, boat trips, a desert dinner) and we'll drive you there and plan the timing around it.

The private air-conditioned vehicle, your driver for the whole day, fuel, tolls, parking and the driver's waiting time at each stop. Not included: meals, a licensed guide, activity tickets (quads, boat rides, balloon flights) and any paid entrance fees — natural sites and argan cooperatives are free to visit. We can add guides or activities as separately priced options.

Yes. We run private multi-day circuits (desert, imperial cities, Atlantic coast) and custom trips built around your dates. A private driver from 2 days costs 210€ per day in a sedan (1–4 passengers) or 270€ per day in a van (5–7), up to 250 km a day, fuel and tolls included. Send us your itinerary on WhatsApp for a written, itemised quote.

On a multi-day private driver booking, yes: the same driver and vehicle stay with you for the whole trip. For separate transfers on different days we try to assign the same driver when you ask, but it depends on schedules and isn't guaranteed — every driver on our team delivers the same service, and our WhatsApp team stays your single contact throughout.

Yes. Private driver hire is available by the half day (4 hours, up to 100 km) at 140€ in a sedan or 185€ in a van, by the full day (8 hours, up to 250 km) at 230€ or 300€, and by the extra hour at 25€ or 30€. The driver waits between your stops — restaurants, sightseeing or golf. Two or three separate short rides in a day can also be quoted individually. Within Marrakech you can also book just 2 hours (70€ in a car, 85€ in a van) or 3 hours (95€ or 115€), waiting included.

All our drivers speak English and most speak French; Spanish-speaking drivers are available on request and assigned whenever possible, though not guaranteed — tell us your preferred language when you book. Gladly. Our team lives here and will suggest riads, hotels, restaurants, camps and family-friendly spots along your route, and can contact a venue on your behalf to check availability or book a table. Accommodation is booked and paid directly with the property; we then plan your transfers around it.

Not for a booking of 300€ or less — you pay on the day. Bookings over 300€, including multi-day tours and packages, are confirmed with a 30% deposit (50% for 13–17-seat buses and peak dates: Eid, Christmas–New Year, Easter week). The deposit is refunded in full up to 7 days before the first service, half between 7 days and 72 hours, and kept inside 72 hours. The balance is paid to the driver or by link, as agreed in writing.

Yes. Date, time and address changes are free until the driver departs, subject to availability; route or group-size changes are re-priced. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll update the booking and confirm any new price before you agree. Cancelling a prepaid return leg follows the cancellation rule: free up to 24 hours before pickup.
