How to pay for your transfer

Pay the driver in cash on the day, or pay online by card through a secure link — your choice. Here is how each one works, when we ask for a deposit, and what happens if you cancel.

One price

Our website shows one fixed price per transfer.

Example: Marrakech → Essaouira, 1–4 passengers

Every price on this site is for your whole group, per vehicle — never per person.

Paying online by card

  1. Book on our website or on WhatsApp.
  2. We'll send you a secure payment link by WhatsApp or email.
  3. Pay in a few taps: your booking is locked in as soon as it's paid, and we confirm the payment in the chat.
  • Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. PayPal isn't available.
  • Prices are in euros; with a non-euro card, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
  • Bank transfer and Wise are accepted too — ask us and we'll send you the details.

Paying the driver in cash

  • No prepayment for a booking of 300€ or less: you pay the driver on the day, at the price we confirmed in writing.
  • Euros and Moroccan dirhams are accepted. Dirhams are converted at the exchange rate of the day, and we'll confirm the dirham amount before travel.
  • Pounds sterling and US dollars are accepted too, at the exchange rate of the day — tell us before travel and we'll confirm the amount.
  • The driver can give change in euros or dirhams, depending on what they're carrying — so please bring an amount close to the exact price.

One price, and when a quote differs

The price you see for a listed route is the price you pay: per vehicle, for your whole group, with fuel, tolls, parking and luggage included. A custom quote is only for a trip that is not listed or that adds something — an extra destination, a long detour, a multi-day itinerary or a group of 13 or more.

We write every extra down, line by line, before you confirm, so you can compare it with the listed price. If you have seen a lower price for the same trip, send us a screenshot and we will check.

Deposits: only for bigger bookings

Bookings of 300€ or less: no deposit, pay on the day. Any booking over 300€: 30% deposit to confirm.

Bookings over 300€, including multi-day tours and packages, are confirmed with a 30% deposit (50% for 13–17-seat buses and peak dates: Eid, Christmas–New Year, Easter week). The deposit is refunded in full up to 7 days before the first service, half between 7 days and 72 hours, and kept inside 72 hours. The balance is paid to the driver or by link, as agreed in writing.

We'll send you a payment link for the deposit amount.

Cancellation in short

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Deposit bookings (over 300€): full refund up to 7 days before, half up to 72 hours.
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — anything paid online is refunded according to our refund policy. Under 24 hours or a no-show, prepaid amounts are kept; unpaid bookings simply close.
  • Airport pickups: if your flight is cancelled or diverted, we rebook free or refund on proof, at any notice. Delays are covered by flight tracking.
  • Date, time and address changes are free until the driver departs, subject to availability; route or group-size changes are re-priced.
  • A cancellation counts once it is sent to our main WhatsApp number (+212 763 992 329) and we confirm it in writing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
