Staying in the medina of Marrakech or Essaouira? Your riad may be on a pedestrian-only lane. We confirm a nearby accessible meeting point with you before travel, rather than leave you looking for the car.

Meeting points in the Marrakech medina

Depending on where your riad is, we usually meet you at:

  • Jemaa el-Fna
  • the Shell station
  • Café de France
  • or another point closer to your riad

In Essaouira, we confirm the meeting point with you before travel, depending on where you're staying, and your driver sends you a map pin.

Why cars can't reach your riad

Many medina lanes are too narrow for cars or restricted to pedestrians. The walking distance depends on your riad and the access available that day. If walking or carrying bags is difficult, tell us before booking so we can check the pickup arrangements.

Arriving at the airport

The evening before your pickup
